Purpose and legal basis
Personal data may be processed to maintain membership administration, organise events, answer enquiries and meet legal obligations. Processing is based on membership, consent, legitimate association interests or a legal obligation, as applicable.
Data, retention and disclosure
Relevant data may include name, contact details, membership or student status, event registrations and correspondence. Data is retained only as long as needed. We do not sell personal data. Necessary service providers may process data under appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to certain processing and withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman. Contact the association to exercise these rights.
